Is there assistance for people with reduced mobility on SBB?

We recommend booking assistance as far in advance as possible if you or someone you're traveling with will require help with things like getting on and off the train. You can:

• Book assistance
• Reserve a seat or a wheelchair space
• Inquire about facilities and accessibility

These services can be arranged directly with the railway you are traveling with. For information about accessibility and mobility services, you can visit the Accessibility & mobility service in SBB.
