You will receive your tickets in your email in an attached PDF once you make the purchase, which you should download to your mobile or print it to show it at the station.
Besides, you will see a confirmation number or a PNR code that can be used to print your ticket at the main stations.
If you can't find the email please make sure you check your junk/spam folder, in case it’s hiding in there.
