Why doesn’t my ordinary fare ticket allow a refund because its price is under 10 euros?

According to the conditions of the ordinary fare established by the rail operator, tickets with a value under €10 are non-refundable.

This policy exists because the administrative cost of processing a refund is relatively high compared to the ticket price. Therefore, refunds only apply to tickets exceeding this minimum amount and, when applicable, are subject to the operator’s specified penalty.

We recommend reviewing the fare conditions before purchasing to understand the available change or refund options.
